Jaba, isn't it early for snow or is this about the time of year you start?
We might get slight flurries about now, but nothing will stick till December.
better finish those mystery train quilts. Old man winter is on his way!

Teresa, why not suggest your friend join the quilting board? She seems to be good at quilting. She could join in on the pin cushion swap. Her changes are really good.

Yes, we always want new people in the swap. I just finished my February Pincushion. working on March.
cut all my prairie points, 2 yards worth. and they are pinned together. just need to stitch them down now. On Tuesday I will.

I've tried to get her involved, but she works 2 jobs and says she doesn't have time. Maybe someday she'll change her mind

lynnie, pretty normal weather for here but not usually the extreme cold it is suppose to be this next week. Wish it would give us a little "break in" time to get use to it. Mother Nature, you got to love her, I guess??

For those of you wishing it was January, it's going to look like it here tomorrow. We are supposed to get 6-12" of snow. And then it's supposed to get super cold. Ugh. It's too early for this.
