Pellon Lite EZ Steam II help
Bought this product, followed manufacturer's directions on how to adhere to fabric. Cannot get the backing off. Company offers no help. Does anyone have any tricks on how to get the backing off this or do I need to chalk this up as lesson learned and throw this project away? Thank you.

Try scoring the center back with a pin. You didn't iron it, did you? Also, I usually try the fusible on a scrap of the fabric I'm going to use. I've had the opposite problem, the stuff doesn't want to stick!

Yes, try scoring the back with a pin as PaperPrincess suggested. I know that on fusible stuff such as Heat n Bond, there are specific instructions as to temperature and time to leave iron on the product. The instruction due vary from one product to another.

Unfortunately I think you used it incorrectly... Once it is pressed with an iron it is permanent, so you permanently fused it to the backing. That product is one that is *tacky* on both sides, so you can reposition it, move it around, then when you have it in the right place you press it creating a permanent bond. So, it will be very difficult or impossible to remove the backing now.
