I had to laugh when I read your post. I often piece my backings and find I like the back as much as the front and sometimes even better than. Your quilt is just beautiful. Love your quilting!

Love dwirling. I use it on string quilts. It adds movement and it's FUN!

Dwirling? Lol, I love the new words I learn on QB. Your quilt is darling...or should I say Dwirling...lol! Now please give me the correct definition for this word so I can use it correctly.

It's just a way of quilting that starts with a curvy line that you echo back and forth and maybe add swirls .... easy to do but hard to put into words. Here's a video that got me started: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vgX4Ld_lFw8
