    Default A quilt of valor quilt for my grandfather.

    I sent this up to him for Veterans Day. He's a Wwii veteran that serves at Iwo jima during the war. He was very happy.

    I like the the fmqing I fid but next time I won't do the Sid quilting. It takes away from the fmqing a bit.

    what pattern is that. I need a simple pattern to make a bunk bed quilts.

    That is terrific. My father also serve in the Pacific during WWII in the Marines. He also died decades ago before I got myself into quilting.

    I'm sure he will be so very proud of this....and of you for making it. There are so few of the Greatest Generation left, they all deserve our most sincere thanks. Please tell him for me.
