    I know the answer starts with tear it apart, but right now I'm going to grab a beer, go mow the lawn and look at the tulips after I finish laughing.

    I thought I could do a build as you go thing. It has worked for me before.

    What is it? is the top being sewed to the bottom piece? if so maybe you need to cut the bottom piece on the straight of grain?

    oooh, so sorry about that. I love how it looks anyway, besides being curved I mean.
