Sounds yummy. Does the BBQ sauce make it hot or just tangy with the cranberries??

DH and I ate at TGIF yesterday. I love their pecan crusted chicken salad with cranberries. I'll bet this chicken on a bed of greens with pecans would be just as good. I like cranberries and craisins on any salad with chicken.

Just another recipe which is close to girliegirl's Cranberry Chicken:

6 boneless breasts
1 can wholeberry cranberry sauce
1 small bottle of French's salad dressing
1 envelope French's Onion Soup Mix

Combine the last three ingredients and spoon over chicken breasts. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for one hour. If the chicken breasts are thick, I slice them horizontally so they are done in an hour. This is also a very easy recipe. By the say girliegirl, I am originally from Shamokin, PA.

That sauce is also wonderful with meatballs. A favorite party food!

Made it last night. YUMMMMMMMMMMM. I spooned some of the sauce on my hamburger bun. No need for any other condiments.
