More great projects, everyone! I didn't know MSQC had a cathedral window tute... will have to go look for it.
Sewgranny1, what lovely colors for a baby quilt. I'm sure they will love what you have done.
I finished my shirt and will wear it tonight. Then I got back on my Jungle kaliedoscope quilt. I have it about 2/3 quilted. Today after church I will work on it some more and try to get it finished. I wanted to take it to my quilt meeting on Tues. evening, for "Sew and Tell".
That's all I hope to accomplish today.

I finished 3 more of my scrappy pineapple blocks this morning, for a grand total of 9 (the other 6 were made last month). At this rate, I may have a quilt next year

Decided to sandwich the baby quilt with a cotton backing rather than wait and buy flannel. It's ready for me to start stitching in the ditch now. Will start at that but already have 1 grand-puggy here and the other big granddog is coming for the afternoon so I don't imagine I'll get much stitching done while watching them out in the back. Looking forward to seeing how everyone's projects are going later.

Well, the wool applique class was fun. Learned a lot (I think 6 stitches). Now I just hope I can remember them when I work on it again tomorrow. I was going to upload a picture but not sure where it has disappeared to on my computer! I just switched to Windows 10 and trying to figure it out!
kristakz, love the pineapple blocks, that's on my to-do list sometime.
I hope to finish a few of the table runners tomorrow and then maybe I can upload some pictures.
The next VQW will be Labor Day weekend, first weekend in September. See you then. Please feel free to share pictures of your completed VQW projects on this thread if you would like.

Krista, love your pineapples! They are so lovely and bright! I have 12 disappearing hourglass blocks completed and the squares cut for the other 24 that I need. I had to stop because I ALMOST miscut one and I have absolutely no focus fabric left!! They are just attached to my design wall with pins. This is one possible layout. All in all, I'm pretty pleased with my progress this weekend.
