It is an Inklingo pattern. It is a program used to print the shapes on the back of the fabric, the cutting & sewing lines. I believe this is just called 9" square. Them I put 3 of them together and added the border.

Your table runner is so pretty! I love the colors. I also give away nearly everything I make but I really enjoy the pieces I keep for myself. Thanks for sharing this with us!
