Default My Mac keyboard

The thing is powered by batteries.

I bought the great little battery charger and rechargeable batteries that "match" - good buy, by the way.

I changed the batteries - made sure I looked to see which way the "dead" batteries were - so I would know which way to put the charged ones in.

I was not able to type anything.

Called my computer knowledgeable son - "Help!"

Son: "Mom - did you remember to turn the keyboard back on? There is a little button on one end near the top - do you see a little green light?"

Ummmm - Thank you, son.

I have 2 and I don't know what I would do without them. And I tell them that also.

My best friend is also my tech support. He has many of my award winning quilts hanging in his home. Glad it was an easy fix!

I have grandsons to help me with new tech. When I got my smart phone I could not make it do anything. The boy said " it is a touch phone not push". I guess I was trying to push ghe buttons too hard

My IT husband and my IT sons treat me sooooo gently when I ask them a computer related question.
They know I'll never really "get it."
I'm creative. They're not. I KNOW there's a connection!

Lucky you...not one person in my family can be called on for tech help....Bits and pieces of knowledge, yes, but not the deep stuff......
