Default U.F.O. in progress

I have had some triangle Spiderweb blocks sitting in a box leftover from my big Spiderweb quilt. These are the ones that I started out sewing wrong with no seam allowance at the points. I got them out yesterday, picked out one side and repositioned the edge and trimmed them all down. I have sewn them together into a 30X38 top. I think I might add a film strip border all around in 2 inch sewn in size. Here is where I am at and this is the alternate arrangement for Spiderweb blocks that I saw Bonnie Hunter do.

Nice setting for these blocks tartan! I really love the idea of the film strip borders.

You're so smart! I would never have thought of that.
