Default What in Portland?

Hi everybody!
Very unexpectedly I am going to Portland for fun. Will be there 15-17 November.
Found online a few quilting attractions but have no idea what to choose. Please, if you have any must see places in that area (quilt related or even not , let me know.
The Grotto, Powell books and the waterfalls on 84 are in my plans for now. Any thoughts?

Washington Park Zoo, the Japanese gardens and the Rose Gardens. OMSI! And, Saturday Market. Water front park. The list is endless, Portland is a great activity center ( assuming you mean Portland, Oregon-- if you mean Portland Maine it's a totally different place)

Oh, Powell's Books -- used to be my favorite hangout! (Still shop there online.)

Salt & Straw (ice cream).

Fabric Depot. Would you like a list of local quilt shops to visit? What area of Portland will you be staying in?

Fabric Depot is a must if you're looking for fabric stores.
