Default Meyer Lemon Marmalade

Hubby brought these home so after we used a few in other things, this was a natural. This is the super easy recipe I used.

Marmalade, yummy! I am the only one in my house that likes it so I just buy a small jar for myself.

I have a Meyer lemon tree in my backyard. I think I will make some for my sister as she loves marmalade and I have excess lemons!

Never heard of these before reading the op.......went grocery shopping last nite, and saw a bag, so since just fresh in my mind, bought a bag. Since it said combo of lemon/orange, thought I could maybe just eat one. Wrong! So, since I am not planning on making marmalade, what else can i do with these. I did use a few slices to make a bottle of lemon/duke water........add to hot tea, yes - I only "cook" with lemon when I have salmon steaks....

i will pass a few along to my dd, if she's interested......

I make Meyer Lemon Curd. It is an easy recipe. Let me know if you would like it. You can make it in a microwave or if you have a VitaMix blender, it is a snap to make.
