oil for a juki 2010 what kind and where to get it

I use this too. If you don't have a local shop, you can find it online. I think I paid less than $5 for it.

When they say "special" oil they mean don't use household lubricants such as WD-40, 3-in-1 oil, etc. You need to use oil labeled "sewing machine oil". You should be able to purchase it at any local sewing machine dealer or repair shop.

Remember do not set the oil bottle in direct light. This will burn up the oil and make it unusable. I keep mine in a drawer when not in use. Stored properly, if you get the Zoom Spout Oiler, it will last you for years.
