Use sashing to make them all the same size.

I cut a set of mine in circles and inset them in background fabric. Turned out great.

Depending on the size I make placemats. I do this when I'm trying a new block pattern for the first time. Of course, my placemats don't always match each other. LOL

Gee you are right, I have tons of these too. I have made potholders, wall hangings, purses and make up bags with them depending on the block and size of the design. You can also make pillows, table runners and bed runners too.

I added fabric (sashing?) to make the blocks all the same size and made a quilt. I donated it to an charity but it looked pretty good when I was done.

I use one as a center and add around that. Makes great baby quilts.
