Default Summer breeze quilt

few months ago I have posted this quilt, in process then, with appliquéd borders and some pinwheels corners. many of you suggested that the appliqué was making this quilt too busy. In the mean time, my cousin asked me for a larger quilt then the previous one that I gave her several years ago. Having extra fabrics, I decided to enlarge this quilt, was lucky enough to find border fabric from the same line and here it is. I am still thinking on binding, most likely it will be dark yellow, will see what my LQS has. Quilted on my Juki TL2010Q. I think that I over quilted the busy fabric but I like the way the white squares are popping out.
thank you,

Very pretty and I don't think it is overquilted at all, but I like dense quilting. You chose a great pattern for that fabric line as well. The pattern reminds me of lattice work.

It's lovely! The amount of quilting is just right too.

Great Job! I have a layer cake in Summer Breeze just waiting. I love the colors. I like your use of the larger print as a border.
