Default Decided to take some off time from quilting

I think I might be quilted out for awhile. Probably not very long, cause I love it, but I have been very busy quilting for quite some time now.
Anyway, this was a fun project.

Very sweet! What does a kid do with a "lovey"?

I wondered that, too, when I first started seeing them on the web. I guess they are kind of a cute little security blanket that is easy to pack around and take anywhere they go. The first ones I saw were posted from Australia.
They are pretty popular here in the states, too.

Wonderful lovey! My son had a dalmation lovey when he was small. He carried it around like a security blanket. I actually had two of them and kept one clean at all times. It sure came in handy when one was soiled or misplaced. Once I even left one at my parents 7 hours away. When we got home I was very grateful for the hidden one. I interchanged them so they both had the same amount of wear.
