Default Projects for used greeting cards?

I have many old greeting cards that I love and I'd like to repurpose them in some way. What have you done with your old greeting cards?

I've already googled this, but I found so many projects that I was overwhelmed. Besides, it's more fun to hear about what other people have done!

It might not be what you are looking for but I use my old greeting cards to make hexies.
I like the stiffer cardstock than the store-bought papers. Works for me!

Christmas cards, I do use otherwise ... make gift cards.
I've learned it is best to fold the new card first,
then use that edge to square up to with the rest of the cuts.
Goes pretty slick with my quilting rulers and cutting mat!

What punch do you use?
I have never been able to find one that worked on greeting cards.

I have the Fiskers 3/4" and 1".
I had a problem with it and they promptly sent me a new one.
No problems now. I also use old manila file folders

The hexie punches are available at Hobby Lobby. I have all the hexie punches. I use them to make kits.
