Default Block 10 Leah Day BOM

Will never be able to quilt feathers think they are getting worse. Wish I would have had a thread closer to the color of the fabric so it wouldn't have shown so much. Next month will hopefully be better.

how cute! Feathers--I've taken several classes on them and all say to make sure the part nearest the stem is pretty narrow. Also, practice drawing a paisley shape, which is what they mostly are. And like several of the feather "gurus" have said--practice drawing in front of the tv nightly!

At least you are jumping in with both feet...unlike me, I don’t take the time to practice until I am ready to work on a project. Keep up the good work!

At least you are attempting feathers!! My brain tells me to stay away from them as if I'm allergic to them.....not brave enough to try!
