    Absolutely. It won't hurt it. I from time to time dip mine in the bathtub and give them a good scrub down with just a bit of dish soap and a soft brush.

    I soak mine in the tub now and again. Scrub with a soft brush. They get refreshed and look so nice.

    Great story! We quilt were we can...when we can! I have moved my mat off of the kitchen table so many times....think my family just thought it was a tablecloth...LOL
