Default Looking for Ami Simms quilt pattern

Ami Simms is pictured on several sites with a bright colored quilt wrapped around her and I would like to make the quilt. If you know the name of the quilt and where I can get the pattern please let me know. I read she has retired and it seems she has closed her web site. Thank you. Carole

Do you have a link to the image, or to a website with the image? I Googled and couldn't find a photo of her wrapped in a quilt, so have no idea what quilt to look for.

Are you sure it's not a jacket rather than a quilt? Ami Simms spoke at my guild and was wearing one of her rag fur jackets. She sells the pattern - http://www.quiltwoman.com/patterns/r...attern-as-rag/

I believe the pattern is called "Twisted Sisters". Since Ami has retired, I'm not sure where it's available now.

I couldn't find the picture anywhere that it would link here.

Default Twisted sister quilt

I am trying to find the pattern for Ami Simms twisted sister quilt. I do have the ruler and used it once. But hers looks different with the square in the center. If you can help me I thank you very much. Carolelee

I have made the Twisted Sister pattern quilt and it does have a square in the middle. If you have the plastic templates, the instructions should tell you that there is a square in the middle. Good luck. It was a fun quilt to make-I made one for my grandson using black and white fabrics with a red center. I never told him the name of the pattern LOL!!

Not the pattern, but a good picture of the quilt. http://welshquilter.blogspot.com/200...ter-quilt.html
