Default Rings that bind quilt pattern question

I bought the rings that bind pattern book and also the Arc-Easy tool by Cheryl Phillips. I have cut all the pieces for it and have machine embroidered all the interior 52 squares with a different type and color of dragonfly for each center of the wedding rings(several hours of work) . Now I'm having trouble understanding how layer and quilt each block. I'm doing the pattern that is seamless rings. I'm doing the queen size quilt. It is a gift for my daughters graduation from nursing school. I have 8 months to complete this. My question is has anyone else made this pattern and do you have any tips to share to make this any easier.

Also, check out Eleanor Burns' version with printed pattern on fusible facing. I did this pattern for my GD and it worked well for me. The fabric I chose for the arcs was striped and not pieced.
