Mona G, I love what you did with Ibex's stripes. I'm struggling with that fabric.

CT Scan on daughter shows stones, but they are not large enough to require any treatment. She just has to let them pass at their own pace. OMG! The girl is in pain, peeing blood when she can pee, and she just has to ride it out. No, they have not given her any pain meds. This is getting so frustrating. Well, time to do some heavy research and call Boston Harbor Tea shop in my home town of Billings, Montana. Herbal remedies are the best.

Help! Someone come smack the husband and tell him to behave and eat right, quit whining, and put on the big girl panties for a change.

I am so tired of holding up the household and dealing with his crap that I just may move out with daughter till he is over himself. Not like he is the only one who has had a gall bladder out. Been there done that.

QM -- so glad to hear that your daughter does not have a tumor but kidney stones are awfully painful! Water and then more water. Lemon juice and celery are what I use to keep my kidney from stoning up. I hope your herbal store up there has some options. My son got them chronically from too much soft drink consumption. I am sorry your hubby is achy and cranky as his body chemistry adjusts to the new diet and he weens himself off the anesthesia. Can you imagine his reaction if he had to give birth? Maybe he just isn't used to feeling rotten? What is even worse than both of those situations is that your foot is still giving you problems. Hang in there!!! Try to get some extra folic acid in you to help your foot heal. I sure hope all of you feel better very soon.
