It may cost .55 cents next year to mail a letter.

for 55 cents you can send a letter thousands of miles.

When you think about it, it is a great deal. But every year it causes me to re-evaluate Christmas card mailing.

I hear that. I usually send out about 70 cards and it gets expensive

My thought has been that postage is cheaper than gas to drive and it sure beats walking*Ü*

I buy the forever stamps, so not to worried about the cost as I really don't send much anymore except cards.

Buy the Forever stamps before postage goes up.

That's ok with me. I don't need to do a lot of mailing and when I do, I think it's a great service.

I have automatic payment of all bills so never have to use stamps on these. The money saved buys stamps to wish friends and family happiness and to say thank you.
