No but it shouldn't be that hard, measure the circumference and decide what you need including seam allowances and then cut the sides. If you leave it on the counter that's a good idea. Mine I store in my cabinet due to lack of counter space. I love my Insta-Pot. My sister wanted to know if she should buy another slow cooker since hers bit the dust or an insta pot, I told her that's a no brainer. It has a slow cooker plus the pressure cooker, etc. I've been using pressure cookers on my stove top for years and had always wanted one and that's what my daughter got me for Christmas last year. I don't think I've ever used the slow cooker part of it, but I use the pressure cooker alot.
