yes, Creative Activities bldg and there were 22 entries. prize was $ first place premium, a state fair blue ribbon and the MN Contemporary Quilters group donated blue rosette ribbon, $25 gift certificate to Textile Center of MN and a year membership to MN Contemporary Quilters. I was thrilled just getting a ribbon so anything beyond that was icing!

That is darling! I love the use of the ribbons. I'm going to be incorporating some ribbons into an upcoming project but not nearly in so cool a way! Of course that's award winning and you should be proud.

How stinkin cute is that? So creative on your part and a very well executed. Dairy Reynolds cow hooves look like she is wearing little high heel dancing shoes. Your little quilt on a stick definitely brought a smile to my face. You deserved to win. Congratulations!
