120" isn't very common and your choices are extremely limited. I could only find muslin at https://www.backsidefabrics.com/116-118-120-inch-wide-quilt-backings/ scroll to the bottom of the page. What are your quilt top measurements?

Thank you for responding. The quilt top measures 108x108 exactly. Was really hoping to Not have to piece the back. But, it is what it is....

I think mostly you are going to find solids at that size, you might also look at king sized sheets.
Equilter has several in the 116" solids. Here's one

There were also a number of 118-wide on Amazon including some lovely prints, came up as a search for me on quilt backing fabric and filled in the size options!
