Am happy to be able to say that half the blocks have been quilted. I probably won’t get back to them until the weekend. I need to figure out the sashing yet anyway.

Good work! Are you planning on doing the narrow join, or a wider sashing?

Just a narrow join. It’s easier and I’m very much interested in easy this go round. I’ll probably go with a deep blue but I haven’t auditioned it yet so that could change.

Terriamn, you might be waiting a while! lol The blocks are now all quilted but I don't have a workable layout or sashing for the front. I'm going to have to either order something online and take a chance on color or wait until my lqs reopens to foot traffic. At this rate, it will be a long while as we're starting to close down a bit more tightly again. Oh, well, I do have plenty more blocks I can quilt, several Booms worth, so I won't be without projects.

What projects are you all working on? I see several Boomers are participating in SewBizGirl's RR. The pics are wonderful and I'm enjoying a bit of lurking over there.

Now that our governor decreed we must wear masks throughout the state I have only been working on masks Not much fun but glad There is something I can do to help

My blocks were all laid out, sewed first 2 rows together. Will have to figure out last 2 rows once again when I go home. Forgot my dd was bringing her 80 pound pup over and thankfully dh thought to pick up the blocks. Lexi is spending 2 weeks with us while her family is on vacation. She is a sweetie but boy is she strong

Terri,

Have fun dog sitting.

I am back to making masks also, need some for church when we start in person service again.
I finished one of the curved long cabin quilts and started on another "fall colors" quilt. I will finish my RR this week and send that on it's way.
I also plan to ad the binding to my crazy green and purple quilt I got back from the LAQ several weeks ago.

So bright and cherry Terri!

I just didn't know quite what to do with mine and then while browsing in the quilt shop (you know what comes next!!), I saw the perfect fabric to tie it all together! My blocks are have now moved to the "soon to be started" area.

I've been sewing clothes for my little granddaughter, Millie. She lost all her clothes and toys in a house fire last Wednesday. But she's ok, and so are her parents! Here is the link to where I show the clothes I've made so far, if you want to see them.

Made some more sweet little dresses

Can't wait til our next Boom.

Here are the photos. I did fix the bottom corners of the curved log cabin quilt, I just didn't take another photo.
I'm still testing out the layout for the pineapple blossom quilt while I finish up the last 7 blocks.
