    Default So this happened today....

My first time owning a Brother - my older sister has two, one I had the chance to work with a little and I fell in love with it. We had some extra cash, fiancé told me I deserved it so I ordered it yesterday from Amazon. It arrived a few hours ago and I've been having fun playing around and getting to know it.

    Anybody else have this model?

Harp too small for quilting. Otherwise it looks very nice.

It will serve you well. I wrangled a king size stitch in the ditch quilt through a Brother of similar size. Not easy but I did it.

Its a fine size for piecing tho, Jingle. Why be so negative when someone is happy about their new machine?

Enjoy your new machine, RRBrat! Just look at all those stitches that are built in.

Oh look at those pretty stitches! I see 69 (actually 70) wonderful ways to have fun on your new machine! Enjoy and have fun with it!

You will love that machine! Play with all those decorative stitches and make a notebook so you can remember how each one looks in "real life." Seeing it makes me want one just like it.

    Smile Everyday

You will like this little machine🙂. Always exciting for new tools.
I use this machine everyday to make store samples for our fabric department @ Material Girl Fabric and Crafts. We have had no issues with it except sewing many layers in projects such as bags, with many seams, intersecting with zippers. Just make sure to put in a stronger needle and turtle stitch along. It will tell you if it doesn’t like it. Have fun,
