My newest art quilt was accepted into an art show! There were 828 entries...I'm sure most were "regular " art like paintings and such...and 100 pieces were accepted. I was so thrilled to be one of the 100!
This art show will hang from May to September and the Judge's Choice and Viewer's Choice prizes are $100k each! Can you imagine???? I thought they had made a mistake when I read that number but no... One hundred thousand dollars prize money. Crazy talk.
Anyhow, no hope of winning, but it will be so much fun to see my art quilt hung amongst all those other pieces.
I have "watermarked" the picture so my design doesn't get stolen off the internet like the last one did.....
I'm pleased that the public will see at least one quilt hanging and be reminded that it is indeed an art form.

Love it. Congrats. When you water mark do it right over the middle of the pic. That way they can't trim off your mark & still get the main pic.

Feather is right. Your watermark needs to be on the image. Right now it’s not protecting the photo. It can be trimmed away and your pattern can be stolen.
