Default Dream Bigger

This is the Dream Bigger panel from Hoffman. The finished quilt measures 106" square. I quilted it free hand on my Innova longarm. I previously quilted one of the smaller 40" Dream Big panels as a wall hanging, then incorporated panels in at least four queen quilts. I enjoyed quilting all of those, but this one was a bear, and I don't plan to do another with the huge panel. It's shown on a queen bed, but it would fit better on a king.

The first picture is before I hand stitched the binding. Drake immediately parked himself on the quilt for a picture.

Your work is breathtaking! And I admire your tenacity. With most things I make, I wonder why I ever thought it was a good idea and dislike the finished product, seeing only the places where I could have done better. After a few months, I appreciate what I've done. You'll like yours even more after some time has passed. I think it's going to become a family heirloom!

You did a beautiful job! I have done several of the small ones and have been tempted to do the big one, but think it may take too long. However long it took you, it was worth it!
