Default What the heck is it ... ?

The attached pic is a screenshot from an auction listing. The machine isn't identified and the resolution is too loow to read the model. It looks similar to a 319, something I'd like to find, but there are no levers on top. I can find no pics of a 319 without them, so I'm trying to figure out what this one is.

Can anyone help??

It is a 306, takes the same needle as the 319. It can use the same cams, just doesn't have the levers.
