Default Just a few simple projects

We are heading to WA to visit our youngest, a daughter, her husband and 3 kids (our precious grandkids ages 7,4, and 1 on the day after we arrive!) Since Ozzie, the 4 yr. old is nearing his 5 yr. birthday, I thought it was appropriate to make him a tooth fairy pillow, as I have for all the grandkids thus far. He LOVES dinosaurs and can name ALL the different kinds which puts me, his Nana, at a great disadvantage when he drills me on their species LOL. So below is the pillow for his door handle and a banner for him and Calvin, the 7 yr. old. Grandpa will invite them to help cut the dowel and drill the two holes for threading the black shoelace threw, to hang it on their bedroom door. They love to help and he has many projects including participating in the creation of marshmallow shooters, and fishing. LOL

The quilting on the banner is just a simple echo of the dinosaurs, the words and a few leaves.

Marshmallow shooters sound like fun! The dinosaur tooth fairy pillow and banner are great.

Love the dinosaur projects. Are these fabrics with the dinosaurs on them or are they appliqued on or embroidered on? Such fun looking projects.
