Jennifer, you blocks look soo pretty...all clean and neat and such nice cool colors!

Sarah...I love your blocks too...I really need to go back and hand sew my fiddly pieces..they look better.

thanks, so far they are all scraps, I was thinking of putting a picture of my original quilt up, so that people could see why the colours are so!

Thank you for the kind comments. The bottom of the triangle gave me fits for a few days. I seam ripped it and walked away from it alot this past weekend.

Jennifer....I read somewhere about just appliquing the little triangles to the bottom section. I think that if I redo the block thats what I'll do..mine are wonky and the whole triangle looks crooked...aw well... :oops:

That's what I ended up doing. I couldn't get the inset seam even on both sides. So I appliqued it just for the satisfaction of finishing it.
