There are not many instructions with this but they are good........makes a soft puffy cookie

1 cup shortening
2 1/2 cups flour
2 eggs teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon soda
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon salt

mix together and drop by teaspoon on cookie sheets......bake at 370......12 min
These are from the amish cook Elizabeth from Indiana.

these were in our local paper years ago they are great
