Do you have your gifts done yet as Christmas is getting closer. Click on this link to find out # of days until Christmas! Also what gifts are you making for this year?

I'm making quilts for my kids this year, and hope to get one done for William too...

I think tho, that for my youngest, I will wait until next year...he and his wife are getting divorced...and I don't know that I want to make two separate quilts for them. (I keep hoping that they'll get back together and stop being such selfish twits!! )

One of DHs friends at work has already sent me their wish order for Christmas. So I should get started soon, when one person asks, then about five more will follow. He wants another hunting themed quilt, just made him one last Christmas. Another has asked for his GD a Tweety-Bird quilt for her big bed. Yep, see a lot of fun in my future.

AHHHHHH!!!! Christmas?????? Are you kidding? LOL
I have been stressing out about finishing my QFK so I can start a lap quilt for my BIL 70th Bday at the end of June, and finishing a wall hanging for July 4th that I started last 4th, and getting a pocketbook made for my youngest DD to give her when she comes home from New Zealand at the end of June ...Christmas ..... OHHHHHH no! I just can't go there yet though I know I need to.

How do you all do it? Plan and execute that plan to get everything done?

Christmas? Now I am officially depressed. :)

I try to forget Christmas exists until December 1 every year. Otherwise I drive myself crazy stressing over the perfect gifts.

I am definitely making a quilt for my granddaughter and hopefully for my DD.

My son's new MIL is a fantastic quilter and has already made them a gorgeous quilt, so I wouldn't even think of that one. She has been quilting for years and has a sewing room to die for! It is over a 2 1/2 car garage complete with own bathroom. She even has a beautiful queen/king quilt her grandmother made the topper for which she finished hanging on one wall.

As for anyone else, I am a newbie and very slow, so it probably won't be a quilt!

I'd like to make a quilt for my little Sister...she LOVED the last one I donated to the Animal shelter. It was all in 30s, and I still have LOTS of scraps!
Christmas isnt as fun now that the kids are older, 22, 20 and almost 17....I just give them money. EASY, andthat is just what they want. Boyfriend actually is a Grandpa, (and he is only 44), so getting the grand kids stuff is AWESOME! Especially now, the one is FINALLY getting a girl, and the other two are boys...fianlly some pink and purple!
