My French Hens...One more UFO down for the count!!

Just finished quilting "My French Hens" this morning. Umteen to go. I just machine quilted a diagonal line through the border and the sashing. Do you think that looks okay, or do I need to make that into an X?

It looks great just as it is and besides doing an x could cause a lot of puckering and you don't need the heartache of fighting with that. It is just adorable. and it is perfect the way it is. Love all the different fabrics together. Very nice job.

I think your quilt is adorable. I never know what to do with stripe fabric...........it is so cute in your quilt.......making a quilt from mens shirts, so it does give me an idea.
