The Cat: Miss Kitty (also my avatar) and such an angel!

The Dogs: Stampy (weenie/terrier mix), and Sophie (black lab with a hint of chow)

Love them all, would take in every stray if I could!

Currently we have Reagan, our Cavalier King Charles, and our Maine Coon kitty, Nique.

In the past, we have had only one other dog, Montego.

For past cats: Bonnie & Clyde, Neiman & Marcus, Butch Cassidy & Sundance Kid, Screamer (you can guess how he got that name), and Mimi. I've actually had three yellow tabbies that I named Clyde.

I have had people tell me to name an animal after something you really like. But I just couldn't bring myself to yell "Chardonnay" when calling for my cat. :) So.... I named my present cat Nique after Diamonique (jewelry sold on QVC).

Now that I quilt, if I was to get another cat, I would have to give it sometype of sewing name.

Right at the moment, there are 12 dogs in my house- some are fosters.

Hazeljane (RIP) was my little heart dog- a 6 lb Italian Greyhound

These are all current iggies:
Grainne (Graw-nya- named after the female Irish Pirate)
Annie (three-legged)
Joey (blind and deformed jaw)
Gypsy (blind in one eye)
Sallie Louise (a choc dapple mini doxie who thinks she's an IG)

Fosters:
Hank (aka Hankalicious)
Mijo (1/2 chi)
Margaret
Maria
Orphie (half chi female pup, coming today)
Emmy Lou- doll baby born without back knees)
Ichabod (at least 14 years old, bald and hysterical)

If I listed even the 20 dogs that came through our house last year, I'd take up half a page.

My current companion is MoonPi, an 8 pound panther trapped in a shiny black cat body.

Before her, ferrets, Delta Boo and Princess Pookie-furr (of the NY Pookie-furrs) LOL

My last two beloved dogs were Maximillian Frambois Von Scrimshaw, a loving mantled (tuxedo) Dane, like a son to me.

and Tarbaby the Wonder Dog, a lab who chose me. When I went to look at the pups, he kept climbing up on my lap and refused to let me consider others. Every time I'd put him down, he'd climb back up, until I accepted that he was right!

I always thought Newfoundlands were all black with a white crest on their chest and sometimes white paws. I think your puppy is cute with the white.
