All, right, I feel much better now. I was wondering if I've been lost to the quilting world to have missed such an awesome gadget. Sad that they don't exist, though, lol. Probably hard to manage though.

I wish I had one. There was a booth at the quilt show that had the bases. The man there made one for his wife and eveyone wanted one too. You put your mat on it and it rotated. I didn't get all the info. :oops:

The 12x12 inch is on sale for $19.99 at Joanns. I guess it depends on what size you are looking for.

A friend of mine's husband made me one and I do like it. But I was perfectly happy using a regular (8x10) mat and just turned it as I cut. Just seemed to work just as well.
