you are very welcome,

I was surfing for these types of recips so posted a few here on the board.

My hubby is no longer a diabetic, so I try to make things that he never tasted in his life.

He also mentioned to me that he never got to go pick out pumpkins at the pumpkin patch? How sad!

So happy that your hubby can now eat different things.Thank you so much for the recipes.It makes life easier for you too now that you have the freedom of cooking the usual way without all of the restrictions.

I could never see the point behind caramel apples. Give me my apples and caramel separately, please.
That being said, you can take the jar of caramel apple topping, at room temperature, roll a spoonful in your hands to make a little ball. Repeat. Put in freezer, dip in melted chocolate , put in fridge to cool.

Wicked good, as we say in New England.
