Hi Guys, I'm currently in my new vacation house and there is so much to do I haven't even looked at my sewing machine much less any fabric. I'm hoping to get to do something related to this project by next week. Until then--- happy sewing! Anne

I hope to catch up on the weekend, until them I am officially a slacker 8-)
That is if I still have my sewing room, DH has decided to start painting the interior and I have this awful feeling that my room is next, yikes I will have to move everything out and we know what happens then !!! we can't find anything..
I can always catch up over the holidays

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone. At the risk of sounding sappy, I'm so grateful to have a great bunch of friends on this website!

Not sappy, Dagny-very sweet. If it wasn't for this group I would have thrown in the towel on some of these FWS blocks. I keep doing them and enjoy sharing them-I don't want to let you guys down. You're keeping me motivated.

'Tis the turkey season; we stuff the turkeys, and stuff the whole family including ourselves with family's favorite food...all the through New Year's Day.

Enjoyed all the blocks; some give me more trouble than others; its a chance to visit happy childhood days growing up on the farm. Crop rotation to keep better grounds producing. The flocks we had from chickens, to sheep, and to goats.

Time to get busy in the kitchen, the heart of the farm home.
