DH is a real cookie fan. His review was "they're ok".I just ate one...a bit warm & texture is good, but doesn't have a lot of flavor.All ingreds were measured, except I added more cranberries & only used 1/2C of coconut.

Think I'll up the flavoring & omit coconut,then use 2 2/2 C oats.Just thought, I used the full C of apricots, but DH didn't notice them at all.JMO
