Anyone have this machine, I tried simple QID with my new machine with the walking foot (which I used many times with my other Brother) and find in order to use the reinforcement/thread cutter function, the only way I could get it to work was stitch #58 straight stitch, which keeps the needle to the LEFT of the presser foot-very awkward when trying to see the channel to QID. Is there another way I don't know about?? I love this machine, but was really frustrated this morning! I want the needle in the middle when using the walking foot!
