My youngest DD has Reynaud's Syndrome, a curse from her momma, and the doctor said one of the best things was to keep her chest area warm--keep the heart warm and pumping blood--so I knitted her up this mobius. It's like a scarf but I took the ends, twisted one so that the "circle" would be twisted, and then stitched the ends together. Her favorite color is pink and she loves it.

She is adorable. I have had Raynaud's for 35 years. The best thing that works for me has been the hand warmers you can get at WalMart that work like light sticks, and a pair of down mittens.

Ps 150

We use hand warmers when she goes to bed (the reusable, microwaveable, rice bags) and she has a Thinsulate coat, gloves and boots. Hers is a pretty severe case but we keep monitoring it and take her in to the doctors when she gets tissue infections. I take a steroid cream for my flareups but she often needs the steroids and antibiotics.

When I took Calculus in high school, we had a very fun-loving math teacher who let us decorate the classroom in Mobius-loop paper chains for Christmas.
