Yesterday I ordered some Peter Rabbit designs from a site on the web called "Desinzs.net". They were very helpful with good communication until I paid for them with Paypal. I have not yet received my designs and have had no further communication with them. They will not answer my e-mails. I have contacted Paypal, who says they are a legitimate merchant . Have any of you had such experiences and are you familiar with these merchant? Any suggestions of what else I might do?

Maybe their internet is down or something. Is there bad weather where they are located?

I'm thinking you are talking about download designs? I don't know about the company. Did you remember to check your SPAM email? If they emailed directions to you, it could have stopped in your spam box.
Hope you find them.

I've never heard of that site. But maybe they are in a different timezone from you. If you just ordered yesterday, I think it's too soon to panic. They could be a small business and off on Sunday. I'd give it a bit more time, especially if they were helpful to you prior to your purchase.

Some companies don't send emails with the downloads. You download them right from their site :D:D:D

Download procedures can be confusing at times. I wouldn't panic yet. Just try to contact them again and explain the problem.

I had the same problem with another merchant, but it turned out that they sent the pattern to the e-mail address on my Pay-Pal account, not the one I gave them.
