You have to start at the back and read forward...she is "telling" the mistakes but has corrected them on the sheet that shows each chunk. She has broken it down into 25 manageable chunks with each chunk basically being made up of 9 patches...at the end she shows you the order to put each chunk in and sew together to complete the quilt and then you add borders if you want to.....am seriously thinking about starting this...looks awesome.

I think I found out why we can't find the 'consise' pdf version of this ... the woman who created this pattern was able to get it published In Australian Patchwork Quilting Vol. 19 Issue 3 ... I just ordered a back issue (it is from May 2010) ... here is a link about the quilt and the blog for the woman who designed it http://pilgrimsquilts.blogspot.com/s...20knot%20quilt

I found the book at erica's.com with this pattern called Trinity celtic knot, by Deborah Cohen.

what a story! I had thought of doing a wedding ring quilt for my brother and wife but after reading that I have changed my mind.

Does anyone know if the chart which goes with this pattern is true. I have printed it and enlarged it so was wondering if there are any mistakes in it before I try it.
Many thanks

I finally got the magazine with the quilt in it, but I also printed a picture out and graphed it so I can compare as I go ... I haven't put it together yet, I had to order more white-on-white for my background
