I have been away from here for a pretty long time, have not posted in quite a while. Been quilting though. Got a new kindle for christmas and immediately made myself a cover. A week or so ago, I got on here and searched patterns and had to start all over again. I fell in love with the moda pattern, but had to modify it (of course). I added a pocket for the cardboard to make it a hard cover, and added elastic so I could use it like a book. I'm taking a plane ride soon and wanted to be able to protect it. Thanks for inspiring me guys!

Great idea....I have a Kindle and I think you have inspired me to make a cover for mine. Lovely colors.

I think all the Kindle covers I have seen on the board are really pretty, but my DH spoined me when I got mine. He got me a cover that can be propped up so I can read it hands free while eating. It has A hinge on the inside like a picture fram that you can set on the table. Now if I could figured out how to get that into a quilted one I would be good to go.
