Austin, Texas Get Together?
#2
Awww, I am going to be out of town, but I know a few ladies on this board in the area, that would probably love to meet you and shop! There are a few shops around, just google Austin quilt shops, I live in Georgetown, Poppy's is on Williams Dr., EJ's is in Taylor Tx., there are several JoAnn's and Walmarts here that carry tons of fabric, if you want to venture further north, there is a shop in Killeen called Quiltin' Country and one in Salado, The Sewing Basket. All are great! Have a wonderful time, sorry I'll miss ya, a big WELCOME to TX!! Maggie

I'd be happy to meet you and anyone else in the area!
Stacy-The Quilt Store is still there. I was just there last week. Sew Much More is near it. There's also Honey Bee and I know there is another one is Leander. There are probably a few others I haven't discovered yet.

April is a very good time to visit. Weather will be nice and mild. Be sure to check out Berninia Ready to Sew on 1431 in Leander. Poppy's in Georgetown is also a keeper - just a hop, skip and jump down the road.
Enjoly your visit.
