I have seen the potatoes. They are often marketed as blue potatoes. I was not aware there was a purple cauliflower. I have seen the one that is canteloupe orange colored and green colored but have never seen the purple one.

Edited to add. You can always grow eggplant in your garden, that is purple.

I've seen purple potatoes at the asian market and I think I think I've seen purple caulifower at whole foods-but not 100% sure.

Chinese style eggplant is a pretty shade of purple.

You can get purplish carrots too! Google Mother Earth News and they might have links or leads to where to get veggie seeds like that. Otherwise, an organic or co-op grocery store, if you have one in your area, might have things like that. We can find those veggies in our local Wegmans or Greenstar. Very tasty...very nutritious! :)

Seeds of Change in New Mexico and Johnny's Seeds in Maine sell many heirloom, interesting, organic and sustainable produce seeds. No affiliation, just a happy consumer!

I can buy the purple or orange cauliflower at our farmers market. I find purple potatoes at Smart and Final and Trader Joes. Even found them at the Commissary

Do a google search for purple seed potatoes, and purple beans. I sent some to my sister but can't remember the online store. I have bought purple cauliflower at Krogers.

I've grown purple green beans in our garden. They turn green when your cook them. I like to grow the purple ones because they are easy to see to pick them. Last year we planted purple carrots. They taste the same as the regular ones.
