Default HELP!: How Should I Quilt This?

I finished this top and I have no idea how to quilt it! I don't even know what color of thread to use.
I have only done FMQ on one quilt before and all my others have been SID or hand tied. I can't do anything too fancy yet.
SO, any suggestions would be welcome. Thank you!

I would start by SITD down the blocks seams. I would then do a kind of swirl in each pinwheel block. I think I would use a medium blue thread for the quilting. Very cute top!

Ooooh, your motifs are just perfect for some sort of round shape, like the spiral mentioned above, or even a feathered circle. Look online for ideas for round shapes. Another idea is some kind of star that fits in those shapes. It's very fun. Will be fun to quilt once you settle on something.

I love variegated thread and would get one with the primary colors or blues. If you want something just simple a diagonal diamond pattern or go with the water theme and do wavey lines on the block seams. That always looks good. Post a pic when your done. You're piecing is perfect.

Beautiful work, I agree I would SITD and use a curved design.
