Default How to thread Electro Grand??

Picked this up for $2-i won't lie-mostly because she is pretty! I have given her a quick clean and oiled moving metal.
Seems to want to sew but i can't find a diagram to help me with the threading. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Clone of a Singer 15. You may use their info. It is a pretty one.

Thank you! I believe it is now threaded correctly. Still not stitching, but I think the bobbin mechanism needs some tlc...

Do you have the needle in correctly? Flat side to the right, threaded left to right. Here's a good pic of the threading.

You also might want to push the presser foot pressure adjustment down about half way.

Thank you-I turned the needle, and managed to get these stitches before the bobbin mechanism shifted. Everything seemed to be aligned correctly and snug when I started to stitch...then it "clunked" and this the after picture!

It looks like the shuttle has shifted. That little cutout should be at the top and then the finger from the bobbin case would fit in there. I cannot tell how everything is attached, on a Singer 15, there is a screw holding together. I know that there are others on the list that will be able to describe it better.

When I started stitching, the shuttle was seated correctly. It shifted clockwise-there are two metal "arms" that hold it in place, but it keeps wiggling out of position. This is the "before" pic, where I think it is correctly seated....

Close, but the end of the arms need to be on top or over the pins and cover the pins. I can't remember for sure but I think the arms should have a notch on one side. Maybe the arms need to twist up and then down over the pins or see if you can push them over the pins sticking out.

You're almost there.

Janey is right, the arms need to be right on top of those pins to hold everything in place. There should be a little resistance, it's a tight fit.
